Each client and each legal dispute is a world unto itself. Therefore, we often prefer a "smart" legal path over the "right" path. Sometimes we will choose to narrow disagreements and avoid confrontation, while in other cases we will recommend rushing to the courts to protect the client's rights.

Managing litigation requires a deep understanding of the dispute and the issues at stake, including the subtleties and specific aspects that require unique attention. At the same time, it is our role and duty to be thoroughly familiar with the procedural rules, legal instructions and judicial precedents relevant to each case and each area in which we operate. This is our commitment and promise to our clients. We accompany our clients throughout all stages of the process, from an in-depth analysis of the disputed issues, legal advice on possible courses of action, preliminary contacts with the opposing party and management of preliminary procedures, choosing the appropriate legal route, filing pleadings and holistic accompaniment in everything required in the management of the legal proceedings.

We represent our clients in all judicial instances in the Israeli legal system (from the Magistrate's Court, through the District Court to the Supreme Court, in the Labor Court and in the Family Court) and in alternative frameworks (and in particular in arbitration and mediation proceedings).

Litigation proceedings are very dynamic by their nature and require the ability to make decisions, stand firm and believe in the way the proceedings are managed, as well as flexibility of thought, openness to different courses of action and the ability to make changes along the way. Above all, expertise and accuracy are required in the details of the disputed issues. This is especially true in court hearings, which are conducted live and require thorough preparation, coping with different scenarios and familiarity with the questions at hand to be able to dynamically respond to any scenario. This is at the heart of our expertise and the service we provide to our clients.

The Team

Adv. Michael Peterman is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2012 and a Master of Laws degree in Commercial Law (with honors) from Tel Aviv University in 2017.

In addition, Adv. Peterman is a certified mediator on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Maor Liberman is a graduate of the University of Haifa with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017.
